By creating an account or using the ReEstplatform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ReEst. "You" refers to any individual or entity using the Service — whether as a property owner, property manager, or tenant.
ReEst provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for property management, including tools for:
ReEst is a platform that facilitates transactions between landlords and tenants. We are not a party to any rental agreement and do not act as a property manager, real estate agent, or financial adviser.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. ReEst is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
ReEst offers a free Freemium plan and paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro). Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on each billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Downgrading to Freemium is available at any time.
ReEst may charge a platform processing fee on rent payments collected through the Service. The current fee rate (if any) is disclosed in your account settings before you connect your Stripe account.
Rent collection on ReEst is powered by Stripe. To receive payments, property owners must connect a Stripe account and agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
ReEstis not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in payment processing by Stripe. Disputes about individual payments should be raised directly with your tenant or through Stripe's dispute resolution process.
Tenants who pay rent through the platform agree to Stripe's payment terms. ReEst does not hold or escrow funds on your behalf.

When you add tenant information to ReEst, you are responsible for:
ReEst processes tenant data on your behalf as a data processor. By using the Service, you agree to our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
The ReEst platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned byReEst and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload to the platform ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant ReEst a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the ReEst platform without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ReEst does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any losses arising from downtime, data breaches caused by third parties, or actions of other users.
ReEst does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance on rental law, taxation, or financial planning.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReEst and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ReEst in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a prominent notice in the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ReEst after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
